All products that cover under warranty condition as stipulated in the warranty card shall be available for warranty from our store. Warranty do not cover any physical defect, lightning strike or negligent by the user. Warranty void if the products are found to have a physical defect. The customer is requested to return back with a copy of original bill as proof of purchase. Warranty claims shall normally be done within a period of  7 working days unless it involves manufacturing warranty replacement. If warranty shall come from the manufacturer, then the actual time frame shall be determined by manufacturer term and conditions.


Goods Replacement Policy.

Defective goods or wrong model of goods is accepted for replacement within 7 days from purchase date provided it is returned back to the original packing. Products that come with manufacturing seal or manufacturing rapping will not be replaced once the seal or rapping is broken, torn or tear off.


Refund Policy.

Products returned in good conditions as stipulated under our Goods Replacement Policy shall entitle to refund with 10% administrative charges or restocking fee. Refund can only be done on selected products and will not be done for special order products. Refund is only done when a suitable replacement product is not available or else our goods replacement policy will apply to any defective or wrong model of goods.


1.  We do a manual and thorough inspection before delivering your product. However, in case of product faulty, all our products come with a 14-day warranty from the product delivery date.

2. Items that qualify for refund/exchange are those that was due to our negligence i.e sending the wrong products or product which has a different specification from what you have ordered. If the product faulty, please capture a clear picture and email it to us. Original packing in original condition is required. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted

3. If product exchange request was due to customer mistakes (for eg ordered blue color but request to change red color), the request will be subjected to admin’s approval provided that the item is still in its original conditions.

4. In case of refund,  it will be credited to customer account and the balance can be used for the next purchase o


Goods Selling Policy

Goods sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable unless its fall within our Goods Replacement Policy or Refund Policy. Payment for all transaction shall be in CASH term, Debit Card or Credit Card only. Cheque payment is subjected to bank clearing before shipping of goods.

All orders will be delivered within 7 workings days within Peninsular Malaysia depending on your location.


Shipping Info

  1. We process orders 2 times a day with the cut off time 12.00 noon and 4.00pm daily. If you order after the last cut off time, the item will be shipped only the next working day.
  2. All items must be paid in full before we process the delivery
  3. We use PosLaju for all delivery to West and East Malaysia. The delivery charges will be shown once you check out your purchase in the shopping cart
